What Zoho costs a year, next to BottleCRM

Zoho CRM Plus bundles Zoho's sales, marketing, help desk and chat apps under one per-user price. Every Zoho price below was read on its own pricing page on 27 September 2026, in US dollars, and links to that page.

What the figures cover

  • Zoho's pricing page shows each visitor their local currency. The US dollar figures come from the price list that page loads, and the local-currency prices the page displayed on the same day matched that list exactly.
  • Zoho's page says local taxes such as VAT and GST are charged on top. Taxes are not counted here.
  • Monthly billing costs more per user than the annual rate used here.
  • New-customer promotions, taxes, add-ons and usage charges are left out on both sides. Prices change, so check the vendor's page before you decide.
  • BottleCRM's $0 is the licence to self-host. The server, the database and the time to look after them are yours to pay for, and managed hosting is priced after a call. The pricing page sets out what running it involves.

What each side lists

Not a scorecard. The left is what Zoho's pricing page lists for each plan; the right is what BottleCRM's own docs describe, with a link to each. Zoho's page has its full plan comparison.

Try it before you do the sums.

Put the whole team on it and there is still no per-seat line. When you would rather not run the server, that is the conversation to have with us.
