What a CRM costs a year, by name
Five vendors, their small-team plans, and what 5, 10 and 25 users cost for a year at the prices they list. Every figure was read on the vendor's own pricing page, in US dollars, on the date above, and each page below links to its source.
First-year licence cost
The listed monthly price per user, times the team, times twelve, plus any one-time fee the vendor lists as required. BottleCRM's licence is $0 at every size.

One page per vendor
Each carries the plan prices and billing terms as the vendor states them, the source link, what the figures leave out, and what each side lists.
HubSpot Service Hub
HubSpot sells its help desk as Service Hub, priced per seat, with a required onboarding fee on the Professional plan.
Freshdesk Pro
Freshworks prices Freshdesk per agent, and shows annual billing by default on its pricing page.
Salesforce Starter Suite and Pro Suite
Salesforce sells two suites to small businesses, each covering sales, service and marketing, priced per user.
Zoho CRM Plus
Zoho CRM Plus bundles Zoho's sales, marketing, help desk and chat apps under one per-user price.
Attio Plus and Pro
Attio prices per user, with a seat cap on its Plus plan and a higher rate for monthly billing.
How these prices were read
- Only the vendor's own pricing page counts as a source, never a third-party price tracker.
- Prices are in US dollars at annual billing, where the vendor offers it, since that is the lower rate. Where a page showed a local currency, the US dollar figure was confirmed from the vendor's own page data; the vendor pages say where.
- Where a page shows a lower price beside a struck-through one, we use the lower price a buyer is offered on that page and note the struck-through figure. Time-limited offers for new customers only are left out.
- Every price carries the date it was checked. Vendors change prices; check theirs before you decide.
The column that stays at $0.
Put every person on it and there is still no per-seat line. When you would rather not run the server, that is the conversation to have with us.
