What the figures cover

  • The pricing page shows $90 a seat beside a struck-through $100. We use the $90 a buyer is offered on that page. HubSpot's product catalog lists Service Hub Professional at $100 a month per seat, so the price may return to $100.
  • Year one includes the required one-time Professional Onboarding fee of $1,500. Later years are the seat price alone.
  • The plan includes 3,000 HubSpot Credits a month. Credits beyond that are extra, at $0.010 per credit on the pricing page, and are not counted here.
  • New-customer promotions, taxes, add-ons and usage charges are left out on both sides. Prices change, so check the vendor's page before you decide.
  • BottleCRM's $0 is the licence to self-host. The server, the database and the time to look after them are yours to pay for, and managed hosting is priced after a call. The pricing page sets out what running it involves.

What each side lists

Not a scorecard. The left is what HubSpot's pricing page lists for each plan; the right is what BottleCRM's own docs describe, with a link to each. HubSpot's page has its full plan comparison.

Put the whole team on it and there is still no per-seat line. When you would rather not run the server, that is the conversation to have with us.
