Do I have to talk to anyone to use BottleCRM?
No, and that is the point. The software is MIT licensed and self-hosted, so you can clone it, bring up the Docker Compose stack and be running without telling us you exist. This page is for when you want something we do rather than something the software does.
Can you migrate our data from another CRM?
It depends which one. There is a Salesforce importer in the enterprise edition that maps the standard objects. For everything else the paths are CSV and the JSON API, and a migration off a live system is work we scope and quote rather than a button you press. There is no HubSpot or Pipedrive importer, and none is in progress.
How much does any of this cost?
It depends on your size, what you are moving off, and how critical uptime is, so there is no rate card to quote from. Every engagement is scoped and agreed in writing before anything is built. Community support on GitHub is free whether you buy anything or not.
What if I just found a bug?
The issue tracker is faster than this form. It is public, the maintainers watch it, and your report is visible to everyone else hitting the same thing. Use this form when you need a conversation rather than a ticket.
